These terms govern your use of the Rugby Prep app, published by RugbyPrep SARL (company number 889 731 246), 265 Route de Saint-Maurice, 74540 Alby-sur-Chéran, France. By creating an account, you accept them in full.

1. Purpose of the service

Rugby Prep is a training app for rugby players. It offers personalised programs, session tracking, physical tests and, where your club uses the service, a channel to communicate with your coach.

2. User account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

The service is available from age 13. Users under 15 must have obtained prior permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscription and payment

Full access to the service requires a subscription.

Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play depending on your device, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management and cancellation are handled in your App Store or Google Play account settings: we have no control over these operations. Any refund request is a matter for the relevant platform.

Subscriptions purchased on rugbyprep.com are billed by our payment provider Stripe. They are managed and cancelled from your customer area.

A free trial may be offered; at the end of the trial it converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Health and physical activity

The programs, loads and recommendations provided by Rugby Prep, including those generated automatically, are for sporting and informational purposes.

They do not constitute medical advice and are in no way a substitute for consulting a healthcare professional.

By using the service, you confirm that you are fit to take part in physical activity. If in doubt, or in case of illness, injury, pregnancy or return after a long break, consult a doctor before following a program. Stop immediately any exercise causing unusual pain.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content in the app (text, programs, videos, illustrations, trademarks) is protected and remains the property of RugbyPrep SARL or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

The data you enter remains yours. You grant us the right to use it only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6. Use of the service

You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt fraudulent access, not to disrupt its operation, and not to use conversations with a coach for abusive, unlawful or offensive purposes.

7. Liability

We make every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service, without being able to guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use that does not comply with these terms or with the safety recommendations set out in the “Health and physical activity” section.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account.

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing you where possible.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to contact@rugbyprep.com. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of RugbyPrep SARL, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions.
